I have uploaded several embedded videos from YouTube into different presentations; however, the video will play but there isn't any sound. I have tried checking the embed code for something that might be wrong but haven't had any luck. Can anyone assist me? I feel like it might be something very simple I am overlooking.
Hi - How are you attaching the videos into Storyline? Have you downloaded them from YT and then inserted as video files? Added a link with a web object?
Are you able to attach the files you're working with so we can have a look?
I am going to Insert Video and then attaching it from a website. I have not downloaded them from YT just copied and pasted the embed code. I have attached the two I am working on now.
Matt, that is strange; when I preview or publish your file, the Domino video does have sound. Have you published and tried viewing the project on another computer? When you go to YouTube and view the video directly, do you hear sound then?
I concur with Michael - the video has sound for me when I preview the file.
I would assume that there is some local issue causing the problem - have you checked your audio settings on the PC?
Let me know if you still can't resolve the problem and I'll publish it for you and upload to the Articulate Tempshare and we can further diagnose from there.

That is a cool video, by the way!
All the best,
