I need some help with pass/fail options in a storylinecourse I made. We are using the course already in our LMS (moodle).
What happens is that when a users does not pass the test the first time, and then passes the second time the user will not become qualified for the test.
Settings in LMS are how they should be. Something goes wrong in settings in the Storyline.
hard to say without seeing your .story file. Can you upload it?
Have you tested your course in Scormcloud. Usually if it works as expected in Scormcloud it may be a setting in your LMS that needs tweaking. If it doesn't then it may be something in the story file.
Thanks for your response! Tried it on Scormcloud. The SCORM seems to work well, and my LMS provider told me the LMS settings are how they should be..
The scorm works well in the LMS as well, thing is that when people pass the second time, the do get to see a 'passed' score in the scorm, but then in the LMS itself the registration still says 'failed'. When passing the first time, the passed score is shows in the scorm and as well in the LMS registration.
I will try to add the content, don't have it right now.

Looks to me like an LMS setting that needs tweaking if it is registering 'passed' but the LMS is recording fail yet it works as expected in Scormcloud.
Perhaps some people who are using Moodle can chime in to help but I would be asking the LMS administrator to take another look.
