Not able to see master slide side layer content

Hi Team,

I am facing something weird, I am not able to see the content available on master slide side layers, i can only see white screen however publish is fine. Everything is intact in publish.

During the time of developed everything was fine, but today when accessed my file after 2 months, suddenly master slide side layer content disappears, although you can see all the objects are there in the timeline.

Hi Team,

I would like to inform you that I have found the solution. This was happening because of zoom level, objects are disappearing below 50 percent zoom.

I would like to bring into your notice that it's a glitch which need to be fixed. Can you please take this ahead and fix this issue in your next release.

I'm glad you found the fix! Thank you for sharing it with us!

I haven't seen this bug before so I'd like to get more details. 

  • Have you seen this error in many projects or just this one?
  • Are you using the same Slide Master in other projects and having the same problem?
  • Do you save files locally or to a network shared drive? 
  • I've opened the story file and didn't see the slide content displayed on the thumbnails in the Slide Masters. Did you change the zoom setting in the Slide Masters for the content to appear? If you can share a screen recording of the steps you took that would be helpful!

Once we grab more details, then we can generate a bug report to share with our team.
