Not all trigger "Jump to URL/files" work after publishing

I´m working on a very large storyline project. Initially I always checked if the trigger to PDF files works after publishing, but at some point I stopped checking, because it just got to much! Now I realized that not all triggers "Jump to URL/files"  do work. Acutally most of them do not work and I have no glue why. Is there an upper limit on how many triggers can be inserted? Any other ideas?
