I'm having problems with Storyline bookmarking when deployed by a Plateau LMS. The problem seems to be related to IE (Internet Explorer). Someone has tested the course in IE7 and the course bookmarks correctly, but IE8 and IE9, do not bookmark.
Are you referring to the resume functionality? Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
I am also facing same problem in IE 9 and 10 with Moodle LMS. When I check the debugger it send bookmark information after every page but when I exit it is not send bookmark information.
Hi Ray! This thread is a bit dated and I do not see a support case for Sameet here, so I have no update to provide on this particular situation. Assuming that you have the same issue reported here, have you tested the content in SCORM Cloud as shared above?
