I am currently trying to convert several files from articulate quizmaker to storyline 2. In doing so, I am running into issues with the previous and next buttons not being displayed when using mozilla firefox, but work fine in google chrome. I originally had tried adjusting the size of the project before importing the quizmaker file, but this does not seem to help. Any ideas/suggestions? Thank you in advance!
Are you viewing the output in the intended publish location or viewing it locally? Testing the published output locally could cause you to encounter security restrictions as detailed here. You'll want to confirm you're also using a supported version of Firefox to view the Flash content as it's not a supported browser for HTML5.

Are you viewing the Flash content in Firefox? That's the version that we support as outlined in this documentation.
