I know I've seen posts about this before but I can't seem to find them. I have a slide where the text on the Notes tab reverts to Articulate 7 point whenever I reopen the file. It does allow me to change the style and size, and looks OK after I do so. But when I open it the next day, it has reverted back.
I've checked to be certain that there is no errant formatting included with the text.
Can someone direct me to the information I've seen here about this problem?
Do you need to be using update 3 for a particular reason? We're on Update 5 now, and there are a number of general fixes that could be impacting the course detailed here.
I'm not able to remember a specific thread or support article about this, but since it's changing when you close Storyline, I'd also want to check that you're following these guidelines for working with Storyline:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.
