All I get when I publish my course is the frame of the course but nothing on the slide shows up only the next button, submit button and the course frame. It used to work great, now I get nothing?? I even created a test course to see if my more interactive course was causing the issue, but I got the same result.
Where are you uploading your content? Looks like you are publishing for the web, so I uploaded to Tempshare to test and it is working perfectly on my iPhone.
Leslie, yours worked great for me, but when I try to load the .zip to tempshare i just get that shell without any content.??? I publish, create .zip, then drag to tempshare and it just won't work for me? what is happening? Can you see if my official file works for you?
Are you utilizing iOS9? What version of Storyline 2 are you utilizing?
You may find that slide content is missing when you view Articulate Storyline 2 HTML5 output on iOS 9 iPads and iPhones. We added support for iOS 9 in Update 7 for Storyline 2. See this article for details on how to update your Storyline software and your published courses.
You are my savior! I have a demo of this in 20 minutes - holy cow. Something is screwy when I load to tempshare. I'll go through the link you sent me and see if that fixes my issues otherwise I may have to call Articulate for help.
I'm on iOs 10.1.1 and have the latest update on Storyline 2 - could that be the issue? because I updated my phone?? doesn't explain why when I load to tempshare it just shows a shell but when I load your link it works great??? very strange indeed.
Strange indeed. I'm on 10.0.2, so it doesn't sound like that should be the issue. Especially coupled with the fact that you can run my published output with no issue. I'm glad you will be able to utilize the file that I shared with you.
We do not offer phone support, but you are welcome to reach out to our support engineers here for assistance. Maybe we need to peek at what you are doing to see if that may be the issue.

Does the link above work for you? Not sure if it's how you are loading it or does loading to Tempshare work for you as well?
