When I had this problem, it was because I did not have a varilable set up to change the count back to 1. Here is the link to the posting wiht the solution. Hope it helps.
For that project, the client only wanted 5 of the questions to be pulled from the question bank. So the titlle woudl read "1 of 5, 2 of 6..5 of 5." You will need to change the '6" to match the total number of questions you are presenting to the learner plus one.
My understanding is the variable would not reset back to 1 until the onePage variable hits 6 which would be when the learner fails the quiz and retakes it. I could be wrong, but the example worked that Josh presented me.
