Numeric Entry, Decimals, Money, and Rounding....

I am putting together an interaction where the user updates a product price list. There is a running total on the top of the screen that updates with the amounts as they are entered. 

I am running into an issue with SL rounding numeric entries so that the format isn't consistent for all fields.

If the price is $22 even, I can't seem to get the field so say "22.00." Any pointers would be much appreciated. I'm out of ideas.  Also, the entries where the total would be $19.40 are rounding to $19.4 and I need that placeholder zero to keep it all in the right format.
