Objects not clickable in different states

Good day heroes!
I am making a sustainability goal training module for our organization and I made a 3d globe that showcases some of the research efforts we are doing as a company.
I put the little turtle and penguin icons on the areas where we are doing them, but I cannot make it where the other layers show up when they are clicked on in the separate states.
is there a way to do this, or am I stuck having to create different triggers and align hot spots to the area the animals are as they spin?
Any help would be amazing!

Hi Matt,
I don't think we can have a trigger functional in different states. But you can put the little turtle and penguin icons on different layers open and hide based on slider changing. That way, they can be clickable on layers and open an other layer when clicking.
I was afraid that was going to be the answer.
