I'm using the original version of Storyline and am having an odd problem. I've included 4 text boxes each with one bullet point in them. I have them appearing one at a time, coordinated with voice, but they won't disappear, no matter how long I have them set to display on the timeline. I've tried staggering the exit times by a quater second (originally I wanted them to disappear all at once) and even removed the exit animation, but they just won't disappear.
Do you have a file you could share with us? Also I want to confirm you are working locally as described here. Have you seen this on other slides or just in this file? You may also want to look at the information here.
