I want to develop a project with a series of full screen videos, one in each slide. Above the video, I need to display text that appear and disappear with time, buttons with triggers, etc, providing extra information to the lecture. The video will always be in the background. Is this possible with S360? Will the video stop when the user clicks the trigger, or will it go on in the background? When I insert the video, will it work much like audio, meaning the overall slide timeline overriding the video timeline? Any suggestions much appreciated.
Could you insert the video on the base layer, then insert the other objects on Slide Layers? You'll want to be sure Pause time of base layer is not selected in the Slide Layer Properties--that way, the video will continue playing in the background.
You'll also need the trigger, Show layer Layer 1 when timeline starts on [current slide] so the layer will automatically appear when the video starts.
As long as you insert the video as MP4 to play automatically when the slide begins, you can use the timeline seekbar to scrub back and forth in the video.
