Odd Message When Trying to Download Content Library Illustrations

Hello!
Has anyone seen this when trying to access illustrations in the SL 360 Content Library?
Oddly enough most words - "house", "dog", "building", "office", etc. - give me a list of results, but "clipboard" and "doctor" give me this. Photos and icons work fine too, but illustrations don't.
When I try to pick something randomly, I get this guy:

I've shared this with an IT contact at work, but I can't imagine what's wrong on our side when icons and photos work just fine, and the download failed message is saying something about a connection to Articulate 360.
What do you think? Thanks!

Hi Heather,
Sorry for the trouble you've run into accessing icons in Content Library! Have you already worked with your IT to look at enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here? That resolves most of those issues with that <!> icon, and I think is just the fix you need!
