Every time I search for icons in the content library nothing loads. I've tried the search option for illustrations, photos, and videos and these do load when searched for. Searching for icons returns the message, "No results found".
Update: I just received a reply to my support case concerning this issue: "Icons in Content Library 360 are loading normally again, and we're monitoring the situation carefully"
Yikes! Not seeing any icons in your search results is definitely not expected when using the Content Library in Storyline 360! I’m happy to get this sorted out with you! I have a couple of follow-up questions regarding the icon search so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.
Which version of Storyline are you using? I am using Storyline version 3.73.30119.0.
I was able to see search results when I searched for terms like "volume" or "bell". Can you test those search terms and see what happens on your end?

I just came here to report the same thing. I have all the necessary sites allow listed so I'm thinking there is a network issue?
Yes, icon not believe this library is not functioning! Please let us know when it's operational again.

Discovered the issue today myself. It was working recently.
The Illustration and Photo libraries have no issues.

OK, not just me then... I've now lodged a support request via email.
BTW, I get a few results for some searches, like "flower" gives me 5 results, whereas before I'd get hundreds of options.
Hopefully it can be resolved asap.

My colleagues and I seem to having the same problem unfortunately.
FYI, Tech Support has responded via email and confirmed that it is a known issue. They are now working on it.
When can we expect a resolution for this problem
