When I search for a photo in the content library, only a few will load. This is only happening when searching for photos, illustrations, and icons. I have already asked our IT department to look into it, but they were unable to fix it. Is Articulate getting similar reports?
We had an issue with Content Library searching earlier this week, so that may be what you ran into. You'll see those issues noted on our Articulate Status page when they occur, and you can subscribe there for email updates!
Also, I'd look at enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here. Not having access to those have been the most common cause for individuals seeing the <!> error on images.

I have the exact same issue. Our IT department is stating that the End Points are up to date. This is still occurring for us.
