The Storyline 360 content library does not load all items whether it is icons, photos, or illustrations. I'm thinking this is because of network restrictions in my organization. Could anyone please tell me which URLs the content library uses so that I can work with my IT to add the URL to the safe list.
It sounds like you need to allowlist these network endpoints, and then Content Library should load correctly for you. Pass that article along to your IT team, and let me know how it goes!
