How I do I access or edit the " Resources" link to provide hyperlink to point to other sites...or simply put in some additional comments or ideas text format as suggested reading..
OR how do I remove it altogether so that it won't show up after it is published?

To remove the Resources tab from your player, open the player properties and click the Features button on the ribbon. Then, find Resources in the Player Tabs menu and deselect it by clicking the white box. You'll know you've successfully removed the Resources tab if the white box no longer has a blue check mark.
If you'd like to keep and customize the Resources tab, open the player properties and click the Resources button on the ribbon (the paperclip icon between Menu and Glossary). To add a resource, either click anywhere in the Resources window (where it says "click here to start adding resource items...") or click the Add button at the bottom left-hand corner of the Resources window. The Add button looks like a blank piece of paper.
