Hi. I've published the training and am watching it online. The first 27 slides play as they are supposed to - I can hear the audio I recorded.
When I'm in Articulate I can hear the audio on all slides, but on the published slides, no sound plays after those first 27 slides. More than half have no sound. Is it something to do with lock/unlock? I tried to compare the slides that work with slides that don't work, but I can't tell the difference. Thank you.
Not sure if this makes a difference. The first slides somehow all recorded to SOUND 1. The remaining slides recorded to SOUND 2 or SOUND 3. Should I check the box by the one with the sound to make it work? Thanks again.
You mentioned lock/unlock - are you referring to how the items can be locked or hidden in the timeline? If it's hidden in the timeline it won't play within the published course. If you'd like us to take a look at the Storyline file we'd be happy to - can you share it here with us?

You mentioned lock/unlock - are you referring to how the items can be locked or hidden in the timeline? If it's hidden in the timeline it won't play within the published course. If you'd like us to take a look at the Storyline file we'd be happy to - can you share it here with us?
