I am having issues with a hotspot not working correctly. It seems like the system thinks it isn't there. I have the trigger set to go to the next layer, but when I click on it it takes me the the "try again" layer. The try again layer is the trigger for hotspot 2. I have tried deleting the layer and then redoing it. But I am getting the same result. I have no idea how to fix this. Would someone be able to help me?
It's hard to tell, looking at the picture. It is possible the problem is on the other layer. It may close when it opens, or jump to the Try Again layer, or ..., or ...
Someone could help you if you would attach the .story file here, or at least this slide. replace any proprietary material if you need to.
