We have built a web course in AS2. When published in an LMS it works fine on a PC, but when we are doing a quiz on a Samsung Galaxy Tablet (os: Android) one option (the last one) disappears in the Sequence Drag-and-Drop question. The option is still there but the text disappears but when clicked it reappears. I hav eno idea why this happens.
We use Google Chrome as browser.
I attach a video of it since it is a bit hard to explain.
Thanks for the video - so it seems to disappear the first few times, and then eventually reappears but is gone once again you move the items out of that particular order? You mention it's only behaving as such on an Android tablet, and I'd also want to know if you were able to test the HTML5 output on a desktop browser such as Chrome or Safari, or on an iPad in Safari? What update of Storyline 2 are you using? We're currently on update 6
If you'd like to share the .story file here, even just that one slide I'll be happy to take a look and do some additional testing.
Thanks Ania for sharing the file - I'm taking a look at it now. What update of Storyline did you use to publish it? If you were not using Update 6 which dealt with the issues in Chrome, you don't need to republish but you'll want to run the Updater detailed here.
Thanks again Ania for sharing the file - I see the behavior when viewing your file on an Android device, but not an iPad. I tested trying to recreate this in a new .story file using the sequence drag and drop and I wasn't able to see the behavior in a new file. I also double checked by using your text in a new file to see if the characters played a role in that and uploaded the HTML5 output here (they may not be in the correct order) and that one also worked fine on the iPad and Android. Can you take a look at that one and let me know how it works for you? Since it seems to be your file, you'll want to ensure you're using the latest update as I mentioned and you may also want to take a look rebuilding those problematic slides.

Sorry, here's the video. It didn't follow my post.

Hello!
I have attatched just the scene with the sequence drag and drop here.
Thanks!
(Even if i update my AS2, the already published projects won't be affected I guess. Does this means I will have to republish all existing projects?)

Hi Ashley,
Thank you very much for your help. We will upload the file again with the latest updates and rearrange that particular slide.
