I'm currently having problems with a course I have published to Epath LMS.
The course has one assessment at the end which has a passing score of 80%. Currently the course allows the user as many attempts as they like if they fail. If they pass they are unregistered for the course.
After the course has been completed, regardless of pass or fail, I do not want the user to be able to re-attempt. I've been in touch with the LMS support and they are indicating it is easier to do this within Storyline, however I can't seem to get this work as desired.
Home Tab > Player > Other > Resume: Always Resume.
This will ensure that the user doesn't have a choice to reset the module and reattempt. As long as there isn't anything on the results slide that lets the user navigate around, you should be able to successfully prevent further attempts by forcing Always Resume.

Give this a try:
Home Tab > Player > Other > Resume: Always Resume.
