Opening the player crashes the program

Hi Stephen,

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having difficulties, I recommend trying a couple steps:

1. Are you working off your local hard drive? 
2. Have you attempted to repair Storyline 360?

If you are still experiencing issues I'd refer to the steps outlined here.

Alyssa, I went through the steps above and I am still crashing after I close the player.  Was there a solution to Stephen's issue?

Thanks for checking in! We were able to troubleshoot this issue with Brett, and it looks like a repair of Storyline 360 did the trick.
