I just downloaded Storyline 360 and as soon as I opened the player to import my template it crashed. I've shut down to reboot, closed the program, killed all the other processes, etc. It still crashes.

Hi Stephen,
I'm so sorry to hear that you're having difficulties, I recommend trying a couple steps:
1. Are you working off your local hard drive?
2. Have you attempted to repair Storyline 360?
If you are still experiencing issues I'd refer to the steps outlined here.

Alyssa, I went through the steps above and I am still crashing after I close the player. Was there a solution to Stephen's issue?
