Optimization of storylines too heavy Sep 18, 2020 By upandgo upgrading people Hi, I have questions about the optimization of some storylines considered too heavy (50Mo). Indeed, a change of typo has allowed me to reduce the Web export by half but I still have 50Mo which comes from the minified css. While other projects are 2Mo with more elements in the storylines. Do you have good practices or a solution to solve this problem? Regards, Florian

If yes, one way is to adjust the course's quality settings before publishing. Here are the steps: Adjust the Player Properties and Quality Settings in Storyline If the file has videos, another approach is to host the videos on a third-party site and embed them as web objects: Adding Web Objects in Storyline Lastly, the conversation below features some more ideas on the topic. Give any of these steps a try, and let us know if you see a difference! Large file size problems
