Hi, Craig -- While I do not have any experience using Oracle's PeopleSoft 9.2 LMS personally, I wanted to share the following threads from others in the community:
I used a previous version a few years ago. It was one of the most frustrating pieces of software I ever used. Part of the problem was it was set up poorly by the IT department in the first place. Pulling reports from it was awful. I would end up getting a CSV file and then sorting it manually. We got the LMS for free as part of the package, it wasn't worth the money.
