I cannot speak to any specific Oracle settings, but I know a common issue with AICC is hosting in a cross domain environment. If that matches your situation, you may want to take a look at the information here.

Oracle's team is best positioned to help in this case, but I'm happy to do my best! A few questions:

• What version of Storyline are you using to publish?
• Tell me more about your experience in Oracle — does an error appear during upload, the course doesn't track, or something else?
• Does the project work in SCORM Cloud? If you could share the file, we can upload it there as a baseline test. You can share it privately via this upload link.

Hi Katie - the course was published with AICC (as requested) and it tracked as completed and passed in ScormCloud. The LMS Admin indicated that it didn't track in Oracle, we are trying now with SCORM 1.2 output. I'll upload the file in the link you provided.

Thanks Leslie - yes I did. I always get such great service from the support team.The client and I agreed that we'd try publishing with SCORM 1.2 and the file worked in their LMS.
