We are unable to watch the Storyline 2 training videos, Are they only available via U-tube? We're a government agency and do not have access. We do pay for the Platinum Support. What are our options?
Are you referring to the videos in pages such as the Getting Started pages here? There are not other video options as far as I know, but the majority of tutorials include written directions below - so you may need to use those going forward. If you have specific questions or issues while working in your Storyline files, Platinum support will get you to our Support team faster and you'll want to make sure you utilize the link in your email for the Platinum plan vs. the standard support case link here (if you don't have the link- use that one and then ask our team to resend it to you).
