Overlapping screens in story view

I am building quite a large project with several scenes, with many screens in each. In one particular scene, two screens are overlapping in story view, so I am unable to work on the content in the hidden screen. I've tried deleting the overlapping screen, but when I do, the next screen moves across to take its place on top of the screen I want to see. I have attached a screen shot of the story view so you can see what I mean - unfortunately, I can't upload my file due to client security restrictions.

I have seen that a couple of times, the only way I managed to edit the slide was to break the link from the previous slide.
If you know some unique text on the slide you could do ctrl+f
Thanks Phil, I did end up breaking the link, editing the content, then replacing the link.
Thanks for the pointer about ctrl+f - I had looked for find and replace in the menus and couldn't find it, so I'm delighted to learn it can be done! That's really helpful!
