Overview of answers given to open questions in e-learning module

Dear e-learning builders,

I'm working on making a module containing a number of open questions. I used the survey questions (essay/short answer) for this. Now in my Learning Management System I would like to read the answers that the students have given. How can I get this done? Thank you for the response(s)
