Page Tracking

Nov 24, 2014

I've been through a lot of the Q&A entries here, the documentation in Moodle.org, etc.

We are in a situation where we need to track the 'last page viewed' so when individuals come back they can pick-up where they left off.  (LMS: Moodle release 2.7.2)

I've been through Moodle's PHP code and I simply don't see where they pass the currently viewed page number so the data table can be updated.

I've verified that the group creating the learning content is checking the "SCORM compliant" box.

This landed in my lap last week and I can't find the answer.

Any help (and code samples) would be greatly appreciated.

Jim

There is a setting in Storyline itself that should take care of this. If you go to the player settings in Storyline and click the "Other" icon you will see some settings for Resume- On Start the options are Prompt to resume. always resume or never resume. If you want people to always start where they left off then select "Always resume"  If you want to give them the option then set it to "Prompt to resume"
