Something else I've done in SL1 (lovin' all the spacing options in SL2) is to "select" the space in between the paragraphs and set that type size a bit larger. In the screen shot of the slide shown below, everything in both text boxes is 14 point EXCEPT the "paragraph" space in between the paragraphs for the text box on the right.

I think you can set it to 1.25 in word and then paste into storyline 1. Storyline 2 has more options for this.

To select that space,
either double-click in the space
or click and then hold the Shift +right arrow key
Then, change the font size
The improved text handling in SL2 is one of my personal main attractions to it. If upgrading is an option, I think text handling makes it worth it.
