I am trying to put an indent on the responses in my Question master slide so that they are not so close to the radio buttons.
I can do this with the Paragraph Window, but if I leave the master, save the file, or click off the text box, this formatting is removed. I then have to set the indents on each question to achieve the look I want.

Jordyn, I have the same issue with the answer choices being right up against the radio buttons, but I haven't had any luck finding an acceptable resolution. You can't do any formatting on the Slide Master because it doesn't even show the radio buttons on the Question slide, but I believe the spacing defaults for usage with only the smallest radio button. I like the bigger radio buttons because they are easier to see and select, but switching from the tiny radios to the larger ones doesn't adjust the spacing between. I have just learned to live with it.
