Hello, we have an issue where we are getting a parser error about a missing manifest when uploading to SuccessFactors. I have seen similar issues posted here but no resolution. We have already determined it is not an LMS issue. Does anyone have any ideas? It is becoming urgent for us.
That looks like an issue with the imsmanifest.xml file in your SCORM package. This file basically tells the LMS everything it needs to know about your content (e.g. what files are included, how to launch it, etc.) My best guess is that it's missing a bit - though this shouldn't happen if its a standard publish from Storyline.
Is there any chance you could upload your imsmanifest.xml file? That will help a lot with working out what's going wrong.
Can't say for sure if this is what's causing it, but your manifest tag does look like something's gone wrong somewhere. I've attached an updated version - all I've done is change the 2nd line of your original file for the following: (this should be on one line up until imscp_v1p1.xsd)

This isn't the first time clients have encountered this, and it is a standard publish from Storyline. I have attached the .xml file. And thanks!
