This is something that has been on my agency's wish list for quite a while.
As far as I know, correct answers are an "all or nothing" regarding points. There seems to be no way to allow partial credit.
For example, in a Multiple Response quiz slide, if 3 responses are correct for 15 points, the learner must select all 3 responses to get the points. There is no way to set it where the learner gets 5 points for selecting each correct response.
Is there any way to manually make this happen?
I saw that Storyline 3 is on the way. Might this be a feature available in that version?

As for partial scoring, that's not a feature of the quizzing elements of Storyline (or Quizmaker) although you can assign points by choice for Multiple Choice, Word Bank, Freeform Pick One, and Freeform Hotspot questions.
