Participant text entry format bullits
Nov 09, 2012
I have some text entry boxes in my course. The participants are asked to sum up something or tell a story and so on.
Now, I would like the participant to be able to format his or her text. So use bullits, make paragraphs, insert a link, make text bold, underline, you know, like what you can see and do if you typ something here.
The text will be put in a word format later on (maybe through google forms, I haven't figured this out yet).
Is this possible in storyline?Thanks!

Hi Janine,
To my knowledge this is a non-existing feature, you can always ask for it (link).
What you can do, is use a web object that allows you to do this.
Of course you’ll need to figure out how to get the information back into your quiz.
Maybe as picture ?

Hi Geert,
Thanks for your quick reply.
Use a web object... I'll see what I can do with that. I would prefer participants not to have to open different windows to do the course. But I guess I can't get around that (yet).
If someone has suggestions on how to use a web object and get the info back? Or how participants can do the course, fill in stuff in textboxes along the way and transfer that into a worddocument wit a particular format?
Thanks!
