Thanks for reaching out and sharing your course! I tested it in SCORM Cloud and was able to get a result.

Obviously, at 10% I have no clue what the right answers were, but at least I was able to get a Complete and Success status!

I recommend following up with your LMS on the best options for reporting your SCORM output and have them troubleshoot as everything worked well in SCORM Cloud.
