We are having some trouble publishing a course to our LMS, and are hoping to get some help.
The course has a results slide that gives you a "pass" score if the results are above 80%.
We've tried setting the course to "pass/fail," "completed/failed," and the course is still showing up as incomplete on users' transcripts unless they get above 80%.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you are tracking by Quiz Result and the user is not passing the course, this sounds like the expected behavior as the user is not meeting the minimum score that you specified.

We actually wanted the users to have the capability to fail quizzes and have the status set to complete in the LMS system.
