I am an application developer who has been tasked with integrating xapi based E-learning to our LMS. The E-learning developers in our company use articulate to develop e-learning.
The issue we are having is that the Passing score which is displayed on result slide is not being sent to the LRS. Instead a 0 is sent regardless of what the outcome is. Please see attached image.
is there any help or advice you can give to help resolve this issue?
I'd like to have our team take a look at the Debug log to see all the information that's being passed, as perhaps it's displayed somewhere else. Can you enable LMS debug mode and test again in SCORM Cloud? Once you do that you can share the entire debug log with our Support team here - please link to this discussion so that the team can keep us updated!

Based on the image that you're sharing, it looks like the 20 points is showing on the data for the LRS on the right:
Are you experiencing an issue with the reporting of the score if you test the output in SCORM Cloud?

Thank you for your response :)
I am aware that scored points (of 20 points) is being sent to the LRS.
But it is the passing score of 16 points that is not being sent to the LRS.
I have also used SCORM Cloud and I'm getting the same problem (please see attachment).
