Passing Storyline Variable to Database in WebObject

Hi everyone,

I'm building a course where we want to "crowdsource" answers from all users who take the course. We're asking, "What does culture mean to you". Currently, it looks like the attached with the comments put in callout boxes. 

What I'd like, love actually, to do is have the users name listed below. I've pulled the users first name from the LMS and I'm wondering if there's a way to push it to the web object (which is a page with a db on a separate server). 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
