I've got a question about a course I'm creating on Articulate Storyline 360. I need the timeline of the course to stop if the users aren't paying attention to the course and are active on something else. I know that if the users switch tabs the timeline stops automatically, but I need to keep track of the user activity at all times: for example if the user opens a new browser or software the course doesn't stop.
In summary I need the course to stop whenever the user isn't on the course tab.

Hi Cristina!
Great question! You're correct, opening another a tab or leaving the window with the course should automatically stop the timeline.
Tracking when a user isn't viewing the course sounds like custom Javascript. I'll leave this for our Javascript experts to help!
Hi Lauren!
Thank you for the answer, I wait for the help of Javascript experts!
