Payment didn't process

I have paid for the articulate 360 - personal plan upgrade worth 999$. The payment page froze and it didn't send me a confirmation email or receipt of payment, yet it was stripped from my bank account and the bank called me to tell me that articulate tried to deduct the payment twice.
Now it still shows that i am on the free plan and I have sent messages to their support email but till now none have answered me.
Did anyone experience this problem before? I'm getting very concerned and I'm wasting time with this as I have to start working on several projects ASAP.
Please if anyone can help me out, then do let me know

It looks like you were able to contact our customer care team as well and I can see that Ann is currently digging in and has reached out to your directly.
