Why can't I buy a Freelancer Personal Plan subscription?

I am currently on a Team plan, but wanted to buy a Freelancer Personal Plan license as a new user. The "Buy Now" button under the Freelancer > Personal Plan option on the Pricing page seems to be broken: https://www.articulate.com/360/pricing/freelancers/
It just takes me to a Okta login screen for "markops-stage ALB Auth"?
- Tried logging into the Okta thing using my current Articulate account. User not recognized.
- No option to register a new account. Only option was to reset password, but my email must not be in the Okta system.
- I sent emails to Articulate rep, but no reply. Also opened a case.
Does anyone know a workaround to buy a Personal Plan seat?

Hello Benoit, sorry about that. There was some sort of hiccup in the process. It's been resolved.
Thanks Tom. Button is working again. Resolving my other issue (unable to reuse my email address for an Articulate account) through support.
