i backuped a course in moodle created by articulate storyline that included some pdf file as attached. after a restore activity, pdf file are not available!
If resources won't open in your published output, it's likely you're encountering one or more of these security restrictions. Are you seeing this behavior while viewing the course locally or in Moodle?
initially, a moodle backup has been given to me. after i restored backup file, but i don't know if pdf files was avalaible. Then i gave backup file to another person who has restored files in another moodle platform. that person couldn't visualize pdf file in the course
It sounds like the links were broken once you restored the backup file. Unfortunately at this point you'll need to have access to the original .story file and the original PDFs to re-link the Resources.

while i was in seeing it in moodle as attached! so moodle's backup activity includes pdf files in the resources?
Thanks for that update, Riccardo. I would go through the troubleshooting steps in the article I linked above.
Also, where are the PDF files stored - on a network drive, or on your local hard drive? Have you moved the files recently?
