If a new author updates an existing course, the existing links to pdf do not work anymore because Storyline keeps the original path which contains the name of the original author.
Is it possible to do something to avoid publishing a course with broken link to pdf resources?
When I have a course that attaches PDFs, I put a bright red text box on the title slide with a message that reminds me to re-attach the file before publishing a new version. I put that text off the slide, so it's visible to me (or another developer), but not to anyone taking the course.
That's a handy way to include all sorts of notes for future reference.
