I'm looking to connect with anyone who has experience using Storyline 1 with PeopleMatter Learn to discuss best practices using their LMS. I've found their reporting features a little confusing. Grades will report as "completed" after viewing the course, and then change to "passed" after taking the test. When a report is run, learners that never take the test, show up as being "completed" in the Course Results. (When we really need them to display as "passed"). It ends up confusing our learners who think they have completed, because it says "completed". To make matters more confusing, our older courses made in Camtasia and Captivate, (which reported properly when hosted through moodle) now display the grade "completed" in PeopleMatter. Please reach out if you have any PeopleMatter LMS experience. Thanks!

I do not have any experience with PeopleMatter, however you may want to look at how the course is set up to report. Many LMSs track both a completion status and a success status. To report both statuses, choose either Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed when publishing Storyline content. If you only need to report the completion status, use Completed/Incomplete or Completed/Failed.
