The suspend data is the "resume" element - so that is what your LMS is looking to if a user reopens the course so that they can pick up where they left off.
As for the completion and score - what are you using as the tracking/completion requirement? Also what LMS are you hosting it within? Have you looked at testing it in SCORM Cloud as well? It's a free site that would give you a baseline idea of how a course should behave.
Looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it.
Are you tracking with a results slide as well? If the reports are showing the odd results but the slide itself is showing the correct result - it sounds like the LMS isn't able to capture all the data. What LMS are you using? Sharing a bit more may bring similar users out of the woodwork!
Thanks Nina - any additional information from LEARN/Oracle? If the results slide is displaying accurately, I'd push back a bit further on the LMS to see why they're not capturing the data correctly.

Hi Ashley,
We use LEARN as our LMS. Yes, we tested it in the SCORM cloud and it worked fine but it’s the reports that are coming out with odd results.
We selected the completed/incomplete tracking option/requirement.

Hi,
We submitted a ticket to Oracle for our LEARN LMS and are waiting for a response and solution.
What's odd is that 65 of the learners display correct results while only 5-15 are not receiving all the information from Storyline.
I'll let you know their response and if they ask us to get you involved.
Nina
