Hi I'd like to develop a personality type questionnaire where any answer is correct. I'd like the quiz to add up the responses - similar to a graph. Is this possible?
I'll defer to our community members who are experts in this type of thing - but you may want to begin by looking at the magazine style assessment or inventory here.
Hi Sonia. Ashley is correct: a survey question similar to a magazine style assessment or inventory sounds like what you're looking for. I created a survey/inventory for a weekly challenge several months ago. It's located under the Quiz link on this demo. I've also attached the .story file so you can see how the quiz is constructed.
Hope this gets you pointed in the right direction!
Hi, looking to find an answer to a similar question and wanted to access your file. However, when I download I only get it as an XML file. Is it possible to get a storyfile instead?
I was able to download Trina's sample as a .story file. Sometimes different browsers are set up to download files in specific ways. Do you have access to another browser you could try?
I've noticed this same behavior every now and then. I've found when this happens that if I copy the link and paste it in a new window, there is a LOT of added 'baggage' sitting at the end of the link causing the browser to think 'xml'. If you delete everything after the '.story' in the link, the StoryLine file should download just fine. At least, this works for me.

Thanks Trina! I felt like there was a newer example but I couldn't find it. :-)

Thank you Alyssa, I'll test that :-)
I built this "your personality code" activity, which is a simplified version of the Myers-Briggs type indicator, might give you some ideas..
