Photos and Illustrations

To whom it may concern,

I have recently downloaded the Articulate 360 license as a corporate group license.  I have worked on Articulate for many years and am familiar with the program however when I tried now to open the Photos and Illustrations options then I get the attached screen...

I am not sure if this is a company restriction on our end or whether this is a SL issue.  The other SL license holders as part of our corporate account is experiencing the same issue.

Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading photos and illustrations from the Content Library. 

Please take a look at the article below, and let's start by checking the network endpoints and ports listed here (you might need to get help from your IT department):

If you are still having problems after adding those to your allow list, I'd encourage you to open a support case with our engineers so we can see what's going on.
