Is it possible to change the color or intensity of the items selected in a pick many interaction. Sometimes the glow is hard to see and I would like to make the user's selection more obvious.
That's is just a "selected" state. Select your item in Slide view>choose the states tab>select edit state>choose the selected state>and then format on the slide anyway you wish>choose "done editing states" when you are done.
The selected state is based on the "glow effect". The glow colors are controlled by your theme colors. You may also want to take a look at the article here on how to format the shapes and buttons that you're using.
