See attached a revised file. There were several issue with the trigger conditions, e.g. you were setting variables to 'True', but checked for 'true' in conditions.
OK - I have one more and I just can't see the problem. I keep getting incorrect even when I put in correct answers. Can someone please find where my mistake is?
I don't know your content, but to me it seems the variables attached to the two text entry fields should be reversed. So that "Send medical records to:" populates the Address variable and "Attn:" populates the ClaimsDept variable. See attached a file with switched variables that works as expected.
I followed a couple of tutorials to include multiple text entry in one slide. My example is using numbers, and I decided to add numeric entry instead. I'm receiving the message when I hit Submit "You must complete the question before submit too!"
Can somebody check out my file? I'll really appreciate (is about factor tree for middle school math) Thank you!
I simplified it down to two important triggers. Change the state of Correcto to Selected if all the values of the numerical entries are correct, and change the state of Incorrecto to Selected if any of the values are incorrect. Take a look and let me know if this helps!
Thank you so much for taking your time and fix the triggers. When I tried the file, I put correct answers and worked beautifully, when I put a wrong answer in one of the boxes, I got a message "You must complete the question before submitting". Do you have any idea what else I need to do to fix this message?
I find it easier to do this trigger for the incorrect selection rather than trying to do all the possible conditions however if you want to use the conditions then
Correct trigger has AND and the incorrect trigger should have OR - you had AND
Thank you all for your time and input. I really appreciate it. I'm a new user trying to understand the capabilities of this wonderful tool. Learning as fast as I can from you guys :)

so this issue was using "==Equal" instead of == "Equal (ignore case)?"
I think that did it... I also had the wrong variable for the first text entry. Blind to it for a couple hours lol.
Thank You!!

I have no idea how that even happened. I am flabbergasted, but you're absolutely right. Thank you so much... I wasn't even looking in that direction.
So glad to see that you were able to get the assistance that you needed here, Benjamin.
Welcome to E-Learning Heroes by the way!

Hi Laura,
Thanks for sharing your file! I jumped in and played around with your triggers using this video as an example of how to set up multiple text entry questions.

see attached update to your file.
